Klinefelter syndrome in a resource-challenged setting: A case report

Introduction: Klinefelter syndrome is the commonest sex chromosomal disorder in which the normal male karyotype 46XY, has at least one extra X chromosome. The commonest form is the 47XXY aneuploidy.
